Our guest for the second webinar on Friday 5 th March from 4 pm till 5pm is Malathi Reddy.

Malathi Reddy currently works as a Senior Programme Manager at Lancashire Teaching Hospital
Foundation Trust. She started her career in IT in the public sector as a network engineer after
completing her Master’s at UCLAN. She then switched to project management but stayed in the
IM&T field and branched out to Programme Management and has managed IM&T programmes
nationally and regionally and worked across both Health & Social care. One of the high-profile
national programmes was the Number programme – this made it possible for all NHS and Social care
organisation systems to use the NHS Number. Always one to challenge the status quo she is now
utilising her skills to address the resource gap for doctors and nurses in the NHS.

ACM-W UK would like to thank Dr. Malathi Reddy, If you have missed this session, find the recording below!
